We undertook the renovation of this stunning home in Cyncoed, Cardiff in 2025. We installed a 10KW Solar PV system compromising of In-roof panels at the front of the property and on-roof panels at the rear. The 10KW battery stores any excess energy to use during in the dark hours. We also undertook the full rewiring of the property including lighting, power, Data and WIFI network, CCTV, Intruder alarm, Heating control, Garden lighting scheme and EV charger.
We undertook the Electrical installation for this property revocation in the Lisvane location of Cardiff. We installed of 17KW of Solar PV and 40 KW of battery storage. For the electrical installation we installed a Rako automated lighting system, multi room audio system, heating control, swimming pool plant, data and wifi network
We installed a 12KW PV system with 10KW of battery storage to this community football facility. This system will make a huge impact on the centres energy bill whilst reducing it’s carbon footprint
No. 13 Church Street
This commercial property in the heart of Cardiff city center was in dire need of renovation. The new owner of the building had some grand plans for this building and employed Nial Gallacher Architect to design the changes needed. An itailian restaurant occupies the ground floor and rear of the 1st floor with some outside seating. A skate board shop locates at the front of the 1st floor and office space the top floor. We installed power, automated lighting with Rako controls, Fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and data. We also completed the works for a new 300amp three phase incoming supply with distribution to the different units.
This new build property was built on an old farm. Its name was inspired from the cladding that wraps the upper ground floor of the property that will age to a silver colour. The open plan kitchen and living area is located at the centre of this amazing home and really delivers the wow factor. This smart home project is contolled by the powerfull Loxone home automation system. We installed this system to control the lighting, heating, multiroom audio, control of the blinds, locking and unlocking of all the doors, security, and automation of the electric gates. Each family member has there own code and NFC tag to enter the house. They also have access to the app to control the various aspects to the house. There is a central screen in the open plan which gives control of every room. Each room has a Loxone pad which controls lighting scenes, the blinds, audio and also the heating. The system also monitors sound and movement in the rooms so when the client leaves the room the lights and music will turn off. When the client returns to the room the lighting and music resumes.
We also installed the Data, home WIFI network and CCTV system.
We also installed a three phase EV charging station that can charge the car from excess Solar generation and a 7KW Solar PV system with battery storage meaning the client gets the benefit of every single watt produced.
This impressive property in the Vale of Glamorgan boasts a golf course, driving range, football pitch and stables. Our clients had lived at the property for 10 years and decided to fully renovate the internals to this property. A new kitchen, new bathrooms and some changes to the layout were implicated.

This elegant 1930s Art Deco house in Penarth was purchased by our clients with the intention to demolish an extension that was added in the 1980s and renovate the existing house.
After consultation with architects it was determined that the most viable solution was to demolish the original house and rebuild it with some changes in keeping with the original design which the clients loved.
The building works were carried out expertly by Allora Desgin & Build. We had the pleasure of carrying out the Electrical design and install of the electrical installation which included Lighting, Power, Data, Access control, Security and CCTV
The Entertainment Room
This Elegant entertaining space was completed for a wonderful client who employed award winning interior designer Suzanne Owen of Owen associates to design a room that looks like it came straight out of interior design magazine. When we received the drawings for Suzanne its fair to say we were excited to get started on the amazing lighting plan she had designed. We installed over 130m of LED tape to coffers in the ceiling and furniture.
